ab222 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the ab222 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

ab222 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible account may be voided and the balance forfeited in full.

Each player is permitted to hold only one ab222 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information throughout your relationship with ab222. • You must register using your genuine, active Bangladeshi mobile number. This number is your account identifier and is required for account recovery and KYC verification on first withdrawal.

• ab222 reserves the right to request identity documents (KYC) at any time, including on first withdrawal, following a change of account details, or where fraud is suspected. Failure to complete KYC may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

ab222 may close or suspend any account at any time at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In the event of account closure for a breach, any balance may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

All deposits and withdrawals on ab222 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer, subject to availability at the time of transaction. The following financial conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Maximum single transaction limits may apply and are subject to change without prior notice. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.

ab222 reserves the right to perform additional verification on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Processing may be delayed until verification is complete in such cases.

ab222 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to a particular promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform in a way inconsistent with normal human use, or to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market, or to exploit the Platform's bonus or promotional structures in a manner not consistent with normal, individual play.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity, contact details, or payment information of another person. Each player is entitled to one account only.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity or the proceeds of crime. ab222 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

ab222 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of this clause. Decisions made by ab222 regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding on the relevant account holder.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ab222's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ab222 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside ab222's reasonable control.

ab222 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to the Platform and are effective immediately upon posting. Where a change is material, ab222 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ab222 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
